Dr. Tiff's programs provide empowerment, resilience and recovery

In 2018, Dr. Tiff founded the Village Foundation with the aim of developing a corporate environment where new parents and their families receive greater understanding, respect and support from employers. Her work is based on research conducted in Sweden and Australia, and explores the challenge of postpartum mental health and wellbeing, and how it is positively impacted by the power of connection. Dr. Tiff's research also draws on her own experience of postnatal depression.

Dr. Tiff also created the ‘HerAmbassador' program, an evidence-based training and certification initiative for employees, employers and leaders. This program is rooted in her own research and is designed to equip organisations with the tools and knowledge required to support women and parents at work. Ambassadors are then able to bring the process into their organisations, fostering more parent and women-friendly workplaces through creating meaningful connections.

In addition to her speaking and facilitation roles, Dr. Tiff acts as a mentor and advisor on a variety of corporate and government programs. She is Associate Head of People and Culture at The University of Adelaide, specialising in Psychology and Business, and Course Coordinator and Lecturer for the foundational course on Personal Professional Development in the University of Adelaide Business School's Entrepreneurship division. She is also a Westpac Social Change Fellow, Westpac Future Leader, and and Women in Innovation Social Impact winner.
